Our Services
Spare Parts
Supply of genuine VMI spare parts, critical components, and recommended consumables. We help identify the correct parts, manage availability, and support fast delivery to reduce downtime.
Training
Operator, maintenance, and technical training programs. Training can be delivered on-site or at VMI and covers safe operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Installation
Supervised installation, commissioning, alignment, calibration, and acceptance testing. We ensure the equipment is correctly integrated into your line and ready for production.
Upgrade
Targeted improvements to existing equipment, such as software updates, new hardware modules, or added functionality. An upgrade can be a standalone improvement or part of a larger retrofit.
Revamp
A complete overhaul/rebuild of the machine. This includes full disassembly, replacement of worn parts, mechanical reconditioning, electrical checks, reassembly, and testing. A revamp restores the equipment to like-new condition without significant changes to the original concept or major technological updates.
Retrofit
A revamp combined with significant technological updates. Examples include converting a BodyScan SV to HSV, replacing old electronics with new-generation electronics, upgrading the CPU, updating software, or modernizing the control architecture. In short, Retrofit = Revamp + Upgrade. It extends equipment life while bringing performance, reliability, and technology up to current standards.
Safety Stock
An agreed inventory of critical spare parts kept at the customer site or at a VMI location. Safety stock ensures immediate availability of essential parts and minimizes production downtime. The stock level is based on criticality analysis, consumption history, and operational risk.
Performance Contracts
Customized service agreements with defined performance indicators, such as uptime, response time, preventive maintenance, parts availability, and remote support. VMI takes responsibility for helping maintain agreed performance levels and equipment reliability.
